These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and be666 ("be666", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://be666.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). be666 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account relationship. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by be666 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the be666 Platform. Opening, operating, or being a beneficial owner of more than one account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, be666 may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or casino game outcomes, and retain any balances held in those accounts to offset costs associated with investigating and resolving the breach.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, withdrawals requested, personal information submitted, and communications sent through the Platform. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that your login credentials — including your username and password — remain confidential and are not shared with or accessible to any third party.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the be666 support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no pending investigations are in progress.

All financial transactions on the be666 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). be666 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your be666 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. be666 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which be666 accepts no responsibility. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the settlement of that bet.

All bets are accepted subject to the following general conditions:

• A bet is confirmed only when be666's system has accepted and recorded it. A confirmation message will be displayed to the User at the time of acceptance. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical failure are void and any staked amounts will be returned.
• be666 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, bets placed by Users suspected of match-fixing, or bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake for a given market.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being accepted. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules, bets may be declared void and stakes returned at be666's discretion.
• Match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports fraud is strictly prohibited. Any User found to have participated in, facilitated, or benefited from match manipulation will have their account closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — is offered subject to the specific cricket betting rules available in the Cricket section of the Platform. be666 reserves the right to amend cricket market offerings and settlement rules at any time, particularly in response to changes in match format, weather interruptions, or regulatory guidance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of be666.

be666 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features, for which be666 shall not be held liable.

be666's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account with be666, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation.

be666 may terminate this Agreement and close your account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) be666 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) be666 decides to cease operations or withdraw its services from a particular market; or (d) continued operation of your account would, in be666's reasonable assessment, expose be666 to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Privacy and Data) — shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Where changes are material, be666 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication at https://be666.io/terms-conditions unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
